On purchase, you will only receive a confirmation. Official ticket QR codes will be released 48 hours prior to the event. This is to prevent fraud.
If you haven’t received your ticket confirmation, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Please email support@flicket.io. They will correct your email and resend your confirmation.
QR Codes will be released at 2pm on Thursday 27th March.
You can still resell your ticket without a QR code via our official resale system

Your ID needs to match the name on your ticket. This is to reduce fraud.
Need to change the name on your ticket? You must use the Flicket Resale Process. Please read our resale guide further down the FAQ for full detail.

Gates, stages and all bars open at 2:00pm.
Last entry to the venue is at 5.00pm
Bars close at 10:00pm
Closing acts finish around 10:30pm.

Due to our licensing, all ticket-holders must arrive to the venue by 5pm.
After this time the gates will be closed and there will be no further entry to the festival

‘Pre 3pm’ tickets must be scanned through the gate prior to 3pm.
Please adhere to the entry time stated on your ticket.
If you have an early entry ticket and arrive late, you may be charged an additional fee on entry (final release price)
Please note we cannot guarantee entry if you arrive later than your ticket time.

Unfortunately not. Our license has a no re-entry policy, meaning you can’t leave and return. ❌

Yes, Baseline is an 18+ event and photo ID will be required. Valid formats include: any current passport, a current New Zealand driver license, a Hospitality NZ 18+ Card or Kiwi Access Card. 🔞

Yes, Afterpay (Buy Now Pay Later) is a payment option for Baseline 2025. Please select this at checkout over on Flicket

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds unless the event is cancelled. Please see below for tips on how to safely sell your ticket.

If you would like to sell your ticket you must use Flicket’s resale platform. This is to reduce fraud.
You have the option to sell to a buyer you have found by entering their email address, or you can list your ticket for sale on the market place. On the day, ticket names must match the ID of the attendee.
To start a resale, navigate to each individual ticket and click ‘Sell Ticket’. You can access your tickets via:
a) Your order confirmation email
b) Log in to your account hereFlicket created an account for you when you confirmed your original order. You must login using the same email as your original order

Yes there is! We will be offering a coat check service for $4. Limited capacity so get in fast. 💅
You can check any piece of warm clothing into our coat check service.

A dedicated Rideshare & Drop-Off Zone will be shown on the site map closer to the event — keep an eye on our socials and website for the full map drop. Make sure your driver knows the spot.
Logan Park Drive will be closed to all traffic and there will be no designated parking available, however there is limited free parking in surrounding streets and roads.

Baseline is an accessible festival site. For all accessibility questions, please contact us venue directly via hello@limitlesstouring.co.nz and we will make sure our team is on hand to accomodate you.

There will be multiple free water stations around the event.
You can bring a reusable bottle into the event as long as it is not metal or glass. It must also be empty before entry. 💧

You can bring:
Empty reusable water-bottles;
A reasonable quantity of snacks / food;
Small bags;
Jerseys, blankets and other clothing;
Vapes & Cigarettes;
Prescription medication (You must provide evidence of your prescription at the gate)
You can’t bring:
Alcohol in any form;
Illegal drugs or substances;
Camp chairs;
Any item considered to be a weapon or able to be used as a weapon including knives, sharp objects, etc;
Glass in any form, excluding small packaging including, for example, make-up or perfume;
Stoves, grills, generators, or gas canisters;
Flammable material or material used to construct fires or live flames
Gang patches or gang affiliated clothing;
Laser devices, aerial drones, unofficial drones and unmanned aerial vehicles;
Spray cans and marker pens;
Unofficial hi-visibility clothing, unofficial credentials;
Signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory or offensive messages or slogans;
Any other dangerous items posing risk to persons or property.

If you find any lost property while at the festival, please hand it to one of our friendly staff.
If you realise you have lost something, head to the front gate where you will find Customer Service & Lost Property.
After the event, all lost property will be handed over to the Dunedin Police Station.

Baseline will go ahead rain or shine, tickets are non-refundable for weather related reasons unless the event is cancelled. 🌧️

If Baseline has to be cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a 100% refund or the option to retain tickets for a postponement date. 💵

Your safety is our priority! We’ve teamed up with Know Your Stuff for free and confidential drug checking, R U OK? for hydration support and chill-out zones, and St John for any medical needs. You’ll see them clearly marked on our site-map.

We are a cash free event. Contactless card and eftpos payments only for bars, merch and food vendors.
